Wedding, Event & Mobile DJ Services

1. Introduction
By booking Blackmore Beats, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
- DJ services for weddings, private events, and corporate parties.
- Professional sound equipment and setup.
- Additional requests must be agreed upon in advance.
3. Bookings & Payments
- A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your date.
- Remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
- Payments: Bank transfer, cash, or card.
- Late payments may cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Client cancellations:
- 21+ days before the event: Full refund (excluding deposit).
- Less than 21 days: No refund.
- Our cancellations: Full refund, including deposit. We will assist in finding a replacement where possible.
5. Rescheduling
- Reschedule requests must be made at least 21 days in advance and are subject to availability.
6. Event Responsibilities
- Venue access: 1 hour before start time for setup.
- Power & space: A level area and two safe electrical outlets must be provided.
- Outdoor events: Shelter must protect equipment from weather.
7. Client & Guest Conduct
- The client is responsible for guest behavior. Guests may not touch or tamper with DJ equipment.
- The DJ reserves the right to stop the performance immediately if equipment or safety is at risk. No refunds will be issued, and repair/replacement costs will be charged to the client.
8. Noise Restrictions
- Clients must inform Blackmore Beats of venue sound limits or curfews. We are not liable for interruptions caused by venue restrictions or local laws.
9. Equipment & Technical Issues
- Professional-grade equipment is used, and backup gear is carried where possible.
- We will promptly address technical failures, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power failure).
10. Health & Safety
- The DJ area must remain safe and free of hazards (e.g., liquids, trip risks).
- Guests must not interfere with the performance area or equipment.
11. Overtime
- Events running overtime are subject to additional charges per hour, payable immediately unless agreed in advance.
12. Liability
- We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by weather, venue restrictions, or power failures.
- Blackmore Beats is not responsible for damages caused by guests or third parties.
13. Privacy
Client information is used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared without consent.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
15. Agreement
By booking our services, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Blackmore Beats reserves the right to amend these Terms, with notice provided before changes take effect.
